Stir-fry Napa Cabbage

1 small whole head of napa cabbage
2 cloves of garlic
salt & pepper, oyster sauce, and fish sauce.
Shrimp and chinese sausage
1 chinese sausage (sliced)
salt & pepper, a little bit of sesame oil, and lime
I really really loved lunch for today. The veggies were so yummy, but a lot of liquid got drawn out of the cabbage. I personally really love napa cabbage. It’s crunchy and slightly sweet. I didn’t have time to thaw any meat today, so I decided to just cook shrimp, since it takes the least amount of time to thaw. The shrimp tastes really great with lime.
It was a really light meal, and it didn’t take long to prep and cook either.
