I meant to upload this awhile back. For my grandpa’s birthday celebration, we had enough leftovers to split among 7 families and feed us for a whole week. I brought back two boxes of shrimp baskets, which are basically deep-fried tempura consisting of unshelled shrimp, fresh bean sprouts, and eaten on Chinese lettuce with a chili/tamarind sauce. Yum.
